Gender and Political Participation: Bridging the Gap

ABSTRACT

Focusing on the persistent gender gap in political participation, this research aims to identify the factors contributing to the underrepresentation of women in political processes. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, we analyze barriers to womens political engagement and propose policy recommendations to foster gender equality in political decision-making. The study contributes to ongoing efforts to create more inclusive and representative political systems.
