Internet development has greatly benefited buyers and sellers of goods and services, increasing the potential of markets through e-commerce. Illegal business system exploits numerous advanced solutions, together with e-commerce, a sophisticated instrument that provide many benefits to buyers and companies. Law maker’s real proof to draw measures related to this problem. Online trading is attractive and important aspect for some illegal goods and services, considering counterfeit and perishable drugs and others related items. The online fight against counterfeit goods solitary won with efficient intellectual property implementation strategy. It should not only protect your IP in advance, but also actively monitor the fraudulent market. First, it is necessary to identify the geographical area where most of the counterfeit products are sold. Next, identify the most popular e-commerce websites in the area. Penalty prescribes fines for seizing equipment for making fraud, forgery, and counterfeiting, among other things.
