ABSTRACT

The present paper deals with the review of impact of green practices on Green human resource management (GHRM) and thereby its effect on on environmental performance of organization. The integrated impact of GHRM practices, working life, private life impact on environmental performance has been also observed. This study based on literature survey concludes that green practices improve GHRM and there is a great role of GHRM to improve working life in comparison to private life. Also, the integration of GHRM, working life and private life improve environment of the company.
