ABSTRACT

Human resource accounting is a new discipline that is gaining popularity. Over the past decade, numerous resources have been published detailing how to implement human resources accountings many analysis techniques. The discipline of accounting is a human invention. The principles and practices that have developed in this area are meant to facilitate reporting to both internal and external stakeholders for businesses. Traditionally, accountants have been interested in the features of material and monetary assets. There are agreed-upon preparation and presentation standards, and it is generally understood that these assets have been appropriately accounted for. Human resources are essential to the success of all other resources. Human resources include all aspects of a person that can be put to work creating or providing anything of value. The most significant asset of an organisation, its people, is not reflected in its financial statements. Human resource accounting is a method for counting and evaluating an organisations employees (HRA). Human resources in Indian sectors may give organisations a competitive edge in todays competitive global marketplace. Human resources must be utilised effectively and efficiently, and managers require accurate data to make choices.
