ABSTRACT

The current study aimed at revealing the educational problems resulting from distance learning for Primary schools students in Ajloun governorate and the school administration role in addressing these problems from the teachers’ perspectives. Moreover, the survey-descriptive approach was utilized, and the study sample consisted of (415) individual from male and female teachers in the Primary schools in Directorate of Education for Ajloun District. Additionally, a questionnaire was distributed which consists of (39) paragraphs, besides verifying its validity and reliability, and the results indicated to that the school administration role in addressing the educational problems resulting from distance learning for Primary schools students in Ajloun governorate from the teachers’ perspectives came in high degree in all fields. In addition to that, the results showed from one hand a statistically significance differences about the school administration role in addressing the educational problems resulting from distance learning for Primary schools students in Ajloun governorate from the teachers’ perspectives which attributed to gender variable in favor for (Females), school classification in favor for (Private schools), and from the other hand there were no differences which attributed to (Years of experience, Academic qualification, and Enrollment in training courses) variables. Indeed, the study recommended to the necessity of encouraging and guiding students to benefit from the distance learning technique in order to facilitate and enhance the educational practice under the current conditions.
