ABSTRACT
E-commerce evolved as a modern means of trade when significant developments happened in the trade and traffic marketplaces, firms, and goods, varied and diverse, and increased rivalry among these enterprises to generate profits. Thanks to the growth of the internet, this is now feasible. This innovation had a significant impact on the future direction of business and significantly improved the efficiency with which firms function by simplifying the steps involved in buying and selling goods and services. As a consequence of this, the focus of this research will be on e-commerce, and we will investigate its advantages, disadvantages, and cost-cutting functions for the benefit of both the vast majority of businesses (regardless of whether they are depleted or not), and the small but growing group of individuals who are able to do so as a result of the opportunities e-commerce has opened up for them. The most important goals of this study are to provide light on the advantages, disadvantages, and opportunities for cost savings that are presented by internet buying. As a direct consequence of this, the primary emphasis of our inquiry has switched to the critical part played in reducing expenses.
