ABSTRACT
Indian beverage distribution is complicated, needing many channels and middlemen. This article identifies and analyzes Indias beverage distribution networks to better understand how beverage manufacturers choose and optimize distribution techniques. This survey of industry specialists and literature research examines the efficient and effective management of beverage distribution networks in India. The first portion of the research examines modern, conventional, e-commerce, and wholesale distribution channels. The shifting retail scenario in India and the role of grocery stores, discount stores, and specialty shops in beverage distribution are examined. The report also evaluates Indias distribution infrastructure and logistics, including transportation networks, storage facilities, and cold chain logistics, which affect the beverage distribution systems success. The report also stresses the need of listening to and learning from customers across sales channels to improve product development and promotion. The study analyzes these factors to offer ways to improve beverage distribution in India. In conclusion, this analysis illuminates Indian beverage distribution networks. This study can assist the beverage business make better decisions to improve consumer experience, expand their market presence, and grow in this dynamic and ever-changing industry.
