ABSTRACT
Employee Satisfaction is an important determinant of organizational health. Employees that are satisfied with their jobs are more engaged, productive, and dedicated to their employers. They are also more likely to remain with their existing employment, which lowers turnover costs and promotes stability. Understanding the influence of Sustainable Human Resource Practices on employee happiness is therefore critical for organizations seeking to develop a healthy and long-lasting workplace culture. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Sustainable Human Resource Practices on Employee Satisfaction. Samples were collected using questionnaire from 250 employees in order to test the hypothesis. Measurement model and Structural Model has been examined through PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling) to find out the impact of independent variable (Sustainable Human Practices) on dependent variable (Employee Satisfaction). The study results revealed that there was a significant relationship and impact of Sustainable Human Resource Practices on Employee Satisfaction.
