Role of Commercial Banks in Business Environment of Haryana

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Employees enthusiastic about their occupations are less likely to abandon their positions. Generally speaking, employee engagement refers to how employees are excited about their jobs, devoted to the organisation, and eager to invest discretionary effort. Aim of the study: The main aim of the study is to understand the role of commercial banks in the business environment of Haryana. Material and method: The research is empirical. The design suitable for such a study is the descriptive research design. Conclusion: The presented work has been provided with a complete study for organisational climate and employee commitment in commercial banks of Haryana.
