ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic is changing the lifestyle of the people in multiple manner, as a society that detect it and transform their eating, working and do business and even do the same. Yoga helps people to recommend medicinal exercises to recover from respiratory-related issues. Covid-19s meal choices have a direct impact on its recovery journey, as it need a lot of extra energy and vitamins to regain its best health. It may be difficult to defeat COVID-19 and come out on top if you do not take care of yourself. COVID-19 people describe feeling weary, weak, not having enough energy, not eating enough, and not having enough strength. The study selected the 170 people were taken to collect the responses via a questionnaire survey and present the results through smart charts. As a result, it is recommended that one eats well along with relevant exercises to restore immune system and nutrition levels. Yoga is an excellent activity for improving respiratory health and immunity, both of which are important in the prevention and post-covid care of COVID-19.
