ABSTRACT

This study investigates the various factors influencing behavior intention to purchase real estate, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the elements that drive individuals decisions in the real estate market. Through a detailed review of existing literature and empirical analysis, the study identifies key determinants including economic conditions, financial capability, personal preferences, social influences, perceived value, government policies, marketing strategies, psychological factors, market trends, legal environment, environmental considerations, and property management. The research employs quantitative and qualitative methodologies to assess the relative impact of these factors on buyer intentions. Findings highlight the interplay between these elements and offer insights into how they collectively shape purchasing decisions. The study contributes to the field by enhancing the understanding of real estate consumer behavior and providing valuable implications for real estate professionals and policymakers.
