ABSTRACT
The integration of HR analytics within the healthcare sector has become increasingly vital for enhancing employee productivity and service quality. This study explores the impact of HR analytics on these critical aspects in Indian hospitals, where efficient workforce management is essential to maintaining high standards of patient care. By analyzing key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, absenteeism, and turnover rates, this research examines their correlation with service quality indicators like patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from hospital HR records with qualitative insights from interviews with HR managers and healthcare administrators. Findings reveal that hospitals leveraging HR analytics experience significant improvements in employee performance and service delivery. The research highlights the potential of HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize workforce efficiency, and enhance overall patient care in the Indian healthcare system. This paper underscores the need for healthcare organizations to invest in HR analytics tools and training to fully harness the benefits of data-driven human resource management, ultimately contributing to the improved operational success and competitive advantage of Indian hospitals.
