The Impact of Work Balance Life Initiative on Faculty Performance with Reference to Professional Education: A Mediation Model

ABSTRACT

Work-life balance (WLB) initiative is becoming one of the most pressing concerns since many individuals throughout the world in today fast-paced education climate. Maintaining WLB initiative is to be more widely recognized as specific challenge for education as well as a distress for teacher. In so many ways, a lack of WLB initiative has a negative impact on their teacher chances of success. The study major goal is to conduct research on the India faculty and to determine the impact of WLB initiative on faculty performance (FP). Also, to see if a better WLB initiative leads to enhanced teacher productivity with job pleasure. The Cluster sampling approach was employed in this inquiry area to choose one major faculty in education. The information was acquired through the use of a questionnaire. The researcher teacher univariate statistics methods to test hypotheses in this study. To determine the association between factors, the information was examined using Python, SPSS 15.0 software, and MATLAB 8.0. The study findings show that there is still a high correlation between WLB initiative and FP, as well as a direct connection between WLB initiative and teacher job pleasure, and a direct connection between FP and teacher job satisfaction. Everything connections is good and have a great amount of weight. Employees that have a better work-life balance initiative perform much better and have higher levels of job satisfaction, according to the findings of the study.
