A Comparative Analysis of the MGNREGA in Karnal and Kaithal Districts of Haryana Region in India

ABSTRACT

Rural joblessness is being addressed by the National Regional Employment Security Act Regulations (MGNREGA), which was signed into law in 2004. Employment prospects have increased as a result of this Act. Both districts of Kaithal and Karnal serve as just a representative sample. Its survey is carried out via the use of surveys and direct interviews with participants. On the foundation of the observations, it has been determined that there has been a shift in the patterns of earnings of life.
