ABSTRACT

Women entrepreneurs face a number of persistent issues, the majority of which are financial in nature, managerial, socio-cultural, technological, and economic. Womens entrepreneurship development is measured with awareness, female motivation, and knowledge. Decision-making and training pilot, risk-taking abilities, and skill enhancement research is carried out to highlight one of most important characteristics affecting female entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to determine the major challenges that women confront in terms of economic and cultural constraints entrepreneurs in JAIPUR who are impeding the development and growth of women-owned businesses. The findings of this research show that Women entrepreneurs in JAIPUR have relatively low levels of education. The research illustrates that a big majority of female entrepreneurs were unaware of technical advancements and development and are unable to predict prospective change in their enterprises market dynamics. They too are uninformed about taxation policies and changes that affect their enterprises. The study also discovered that proper business selection is important. One of the biggest problems for JAIPUR women entrepreneurs is finding a suitable location.
