ABSTRACT
This study investigates the intricate dynamics between the emergence of new leadership roles, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), and the subsequent organizational performance within the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Rooted in a mediation model, this paper posits that while new leadership roles might not directly correlate with performance outcomes, they indirectly influence these outcomes through the catalyst of AI adoption and integration.
