ABSTRACT

This study investigates the moderation role of professional training on the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and employee performance within the UAE Ministry of Interior. Adopting a quantitative research design, the study utilized a structured survey distributed among 341 full-time employees in supervisory and leadership positions. The analysis, based on path coefficients, standard deviations, T statistics, and P values, confirmed a positive relationship between ERM and employee performance. Moreover, it identified professional training as a significant moderator, enhancing the positive impact of ERM on employee performance. These findings highlight the critical role of integrating professional training with ERM practices to optimize employee performance. The study contributes to the body of knowledge on risk management and professional development, offering insights for practitioners aiming to enhance performance through strategic training initiatives.
